Behind the campaign

The brief

Keep Chevron Renaissance visible when people are looking for a supermarket or parking in Surfers Paradise.

What we did

We ran separate, always-on Search campaigns for supermarket and parking needs, linking to the relevant Coles and parking pages. Optimisation included negative keywords, expanded parking keywords, refreshed ad copy and sitelinks.

What we learned

Supermarket and parking searches supported both reported visits and visit intent. Supporting engagement included 6,020 ad clicks, with “supermarket near me” contributing 2,009 and “parking near me” 690.

Help shoppers looking for a nearby supermarket find Woolworths at MacArthur Central and encourage a visit.

September reporting recorded 48 Meta-attributed enquiries from A$869.53 in media spend, at A$18.12 per lead. Weekly cost per lead fell 57% between the comparison weeks.

September 2026 reporting period. Cost per lead is based on media spend only. The 57% reduction compares A$27.35 CPL on 7–13 September with A$11.76 on 21–27 September. Targeting and creative changed together, so neither is isolated as the cause. Enquiries are not paid memberships.

Behind the campaign

The brief

Help KĀYA Prahran at Pran Central generate enquiries for its complimentary 7-Day Experience, with results the centre marketing team could measure.

What we did

We built a local Meta lead campaign around the offer, tested creative approaches and tracked enquiries in a shared lead sheet. A mid-campaign targeting and creative refresh helped identify the ads delivering the most efficient response.

What we learned

The two strongest offer-led static ads generated 43 of the 48 enquiries, giving the centre and retailer a practical way to review demand, creative performance and follow-up.
